What Our Learners are Saying

  • “GRS Academy has provided multiple trainings to the therapists in our hospital. The trainings enhanced our employees’ knowledge through theoretical training, and improved their skills through hands-on instruction. The materials GRS Academy developed were very suitable to our beginner therapists, and we are looking forward to having the Academy provide more advanced training for both our therapists and rehab doctors.”

Sue Ping, RN, Area Director, BangEr Hospital
  • “My instructor was so kind and enthusiastic. His professionalism and constant encouragement became the driving force that motivated me to continue until the end. Throughout the program, I also noticed that the instructors themselves applied many Health Coaching motivational interviewing and guiding skills with us--such as empathy, recognition, encouragement, and self-monitoring etc.”

    Song Xi, Academy Learner, China
  • “The instructors are very sincere, responsible, and patient throughout the course. Each lecture was very well prepared and my teacher would always patiently answer questions raised by the students and post questions to encourage collaboration through weChat. No matter how late the time was, he would answer student questions, respond to discussions, and provide feedback. Through the study of health coach, I learned that a health coach is not only a bridge between doctors and patients, but also a guiding force to help patients improve their own health and quality of life.”

    Chen, Lina, Academy Learner, China
  • “This program taught me how to communicate better with my patients as a clinical doctor, how to prevent diseases, how to discover my weakness from previous practice and how to improve myself. From now on, I will learn to play various roles at work. Health Coaching will be able to support patients toward full recovery and resolve patient/doctor conflict issues.”

    Hui Tan, Academy Learner, China
